   Wrong.  Seven of Darwin's children reached adulthood  George and Francis   
   were scientists, Horace was a civil engineer - all three were knighted and   
   were fellows of the Royal Society - William was a banker, Leonard became a   
   Major in the army, an MP, and President of the Royal Geographical Society,   
   Henrietta edited several books
