   "Widely held"?  So you're admitting that it's *not* in the   
   Constitution.  BTW, the presumption of innocence applies   
   to the courts and the justice system, not to individual   
   citizens.  Any citizen can believe, and even write, that   
   Judge Moore is a child molester.
