   It's true of both sides.  As long as it's 'he said, she said', it's   
   just allegations he can safely deny.  But if they sue each other,   
   lawyers are going to be looking up stuff and neither side wants to   
   risk that.   
      
   Why fight a battle you don't need to.  Save that energy for debating   
   policy.
