   Have Congress pay off credit card debt, student loan debt, give everyone   
   $100,000   
   over what they'd keep in Bankruptcy, have free University Tuition into the   
   future,   
   put all of it into the Taxpayer paid National Debt. + add a Sovereign Wealth   
   fund   
   hedge of $10 Trillion.  Increase National Debt to $60 Trillion.

   China won't care if we pause on paying treasury bonds, we're not defaulting.    
   And   
   the Federal Reserve can always print money and buy more bonds, if the National   
   Debt doesn't get out of hand.  Japan's National Debt is twice ours per capita
