   You newsreader is simply doing what you asked it to do. My experience   
   is newsreaders first dl only headers. When you unsubscribed, you   
   deleted the headers for that froup. Downloading headers is quick.   
   Downloading post bodies are an optional second step. That way you can   
   control which turkeys' headers get stuffed.
