   What should be noted is that the ID perps understand that they are lying   
   about Darwinism.  They put out their bogus "A scientific Dissent from   
   Darwinism" back in 2001, the year before they started running the bait   
   and switch scam on creationist rubes.

   They specifically limited Darwinism to the natural selection of random   
   mutations when they understood that Biological evolution was known to be   
   more than just due natural selection.  They purposely left out what else   
   was known about biological evolution in order to get the stupid and   
   mostly dishonest creation "scientists" to sign the bogus claim.  Honest   
   and competent evolutionary biologists could have signed this statement   
   because it was already widely accepted that natural selection was not   
   the only thing identified as being associated with the evolution of life   
   on earth.  In 2001 there were already biologists that were proposing   
   that genetic drift had a larger influence on the diversity of life on   
   earth than natural selection.
