   Running the bait and switch had likely become routine after dozens of   
   efforts, and Seth Cooper failed to follow up and make sure that the   
   Dover IDiots had gotten the message, probably, because nearly all the   
   rubes had dropped the issue instead of bend over for the switch scam at   
   that time (Louisiana passed their switch scam legislation over 2 years   
   after Dover).  The result is history with the abject failure of   
   intelligent design as science.
