   Richard Latham QC, prosecuting, said Obih arrived in the UK from Nigeria   
   in 2000 and then started abusing alcohol and cannabis.   
      
   Mr Latham said: 'Members of his family describe him as having serious   
   physical problems as an adult, having consumed considerable amounts of   
   alcohol and for a period used excessive quantities of cannabis resin.
