   LOL! There are few writers who haven't encountered the ubiquitous "viola",   
   including myself. Actually, "wallah" is a lazy variation of "vwallah" in   
   pronunciation, and as is the right of all free men in the free world, any   
   casual correspondent can use any expression they wish as long as the essence   
   of it is clearly understood. If it had not been understood by Mad Person, he   
   wouldn't have drawn a parallel to the French word "viola."
