   No, actually "The World" is very miserable having prohibition.  But they are   
   in denial about it.  They blame the misery on things they can't control, such   
   as other peoples' desire to use certain substances, and not on the true source   
   of the problem that they can control, which is prohibition.   
      
   It's like an alcoholic who thinks the alcohol is helping to cope with all the   
   problems the alcohol is actually causing.
