   No, certain "crimes" should be legalized because they aren't really crimes.   
      
   Taking of drugs is not in and of itself a crime.  Neither is selling or buying   
   drugs.  If it were, then alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, aspirin, etc., would all   
   be illegal and everyone would agree they should be illegal.
