   I don't think that prohibitionists lie.   
      
   They tend to be either terminally stupid and don't have, and are not   
   capable of having, the slightest understanding of the issue, so   
   dogmatic and bigoted they can't sort out fact from fiction, or   
   completely ignorant of what prohibitionism means.   
      
   When this last group comes across some factual information the   
   brightest ones amongst them stop being prohibitionists while the   
   intellectually challenged fall into one of the other two groups.
