   That is a tiny percentage of the market. Many of these items are made by   
   the same companies but have been illegally imported. The number of people   
   buying counterfiet cigarettes or alchol is vanishingly small. How many   
   people are treated in hospital for methanol poisoning from illegal alcohol?
