   Two wrongs don't make a right.   
      
   If cigarettes were "invented" today, they should still be legal with proper   
   regulation, just as they are in the current situation.   
      
   Just because something can be harmful, doesn't mean it is in all   
   circumstances.  And just because something can be harmful doesn't mean it   
   should be illegal.
