   When this tactic was tried with tobacco and alcohol it was an utter failure,   
   and alcohol and tobacco are both more of a poison than almost all the   
   currently illegal drugs.   
      
   If you want to quit funding the drug lords, you need to legalize.   
      
   Relegalizing alcohol took the cash cow of rum-running away from the mobsters   
   and bootleggers.  The same must be done with other currently illegal drugs.
