   al, but who are interested in Drug Law Reform.

   Dear Friends,   
      
   Who has money? The Feds!   
      
   As part of the stimulus package, Washington, D.C. sent California tens   
   of millions of dollars along with a choice: spend it on drug treatment   
   or drug arrests.   
      
   For me, that's a no-brainer!   
      
   We know that drug treatment saves lives and money and that drug   
   arrests do the opposite. I've already written to my legislators and   
   the governor and urged them to make the right choice!   
      
   Will you join me in calling on Sacramento to do the right thing?   
   Choose drug treatment not more wasteful arrests!
