   Beacuse it isn't a genuine LV bag, but a fake.  If you wish to buy fake   
   alcohol I'm sure you could find it but I don't think many people do.   
   Bootleg alcohol is genuine alcohol just without the proper taxes having been   
   paid.   
   Hardly anybody would use an illegal drugs dealer if well tested drugs could   
   be purchased from a chemist, who could also check that the person's health   
   is up to it - for example someone with high blood pressure shouldn't take   
   cocaine!
