So why are there no illegal alcohol dealers? Why are there no illegal
pharmacies selling antibiotics cheaper than the NHS charge? Why are there
no illegal food dealers undercutting supermarket prices? Why are there no
   illegal abortion clinics still running?

Beacuse they don't see a difference in quality and a defective item is
unlikely to cause serious damage. I'm sure they wouldn't buy illegal
   alcohol.
