As I've explained to you there are selling alcohol that has not had duty
paid on it. The alcohol is the same stuff from the legal and regulated
companies, not something made at home or in an illegal still.

Really. How many people go to these? How amny people die as a result? How
many people are admitted to hospital as a consequence of such illegal
clinics? Or perhaps you're making it up.

Many illegal drugs are fairly safe, but could be made much safer if made by
proper pharmacutical companies and subject to proper drug evaluation and
   testing.

If the drugs were legal they wouldn't have to resort to such dangerous and
criminal behaviour beacuse they could be supplied by the NHS or could be
   bought for more reasonable prices.
