Maybe he did and maybe he didn't but having to chase around after
more prescription drugs wasn't good for his attention to detail.
This is the direct result of the policies of the DEA and FDA in
restricting the proper prescription of pain medication. One day
Limbaugh will be recognized as the great comedian he is.

Totally trollingly off topic here. Bush et al with their
hands off of the financial sector neglect ruined our nations economy.

So Obama might dig us deeper into debt but Bush had spiked
the wheels of commerce already. Vast debts for the War and no
higher taxes even on the Americans benefitting directly. The
tax rate should have been raised by 10/11/2001 to pay for the
damnable wars and by 2004 when we were active in Iraq raised
again. Might not have helped the leverage of sub-prime
mortgages by the greedy bankers but at least the dollar
   would be under less pressure.

The whole prohibition of cannabis originated in
a race-baiting campaign in a Dixiecrat controlled congress
in 1937 by a desperate bureaucrat who hired a quack to lie
about the topic. FDR signed it without a thought as to the
   content.
