   An unfortunate personal experience can make a person with a fucked up   
   and unstable head do things like that. Is everything that is   
   considered might carry some risk to be criminalised?   
      
   How would you achieve your perfectly safe and risk free world? Ban   
   personal experiences? Ban everything in life not fit to be shown on   
   Balamory?   
      
   I think even that would drive some people raving bonkers.
