   Clearly not - my position all through this thread is that cannabis can   
   be dangerous, especially to young growing mind - but not burn every last   
   to ounce - just make sure to educate every one properly.   
      
   The answer is NOT to legalise it - this would just give it the thumbs   
   up, and the answer is most certainly not coming from all the old   
   potheads in here - "its ok, I've smoked it all my life and its ok" amd   
   "its safe as house, all this mental health stuff is nonsense" and "ah,   
   but X Y and Z are dangerous too, so why not"   
      
   Would you trust a health campaign run along those lines. No.
