   If 74% of people booze, then there's 0.74 x 60,000,000 boozers =   
   44,000,000.   
      
   Booze frying rate = 126000 / 44000000 = 0.3%.   
      
   There's 3,000,000 tokers.   
      
   There should be 3000000 x 0.003 = 9000 weed friers.   
      
   We should notice the 9,000. Have we?
