   Actually, that's not true.  A positive correlation has been found between   
   smoking cannabis and an increase in bronchitis.  And since it is very unlikely   
   that increased bronchitis would lead to increased cannabis smoking, it is most   
   likely that smoking cannabis can cause bronchitis.   
      
   That's the only verified disease connection.  Some others have been found in   
   small studies, but they haven't been sufficiently validated.   
      
   Note that there are some other correlations between some mental illnesses and   
   cannabis smoking, but it is likely those correlations are not indicative of   
   being caused by cannabis use.
