   I'm not interested in how you rationalise your drinking habits to   
   yourself. Tell your therapist and if you haven't got one, get one.   
   He'll help you cut through your rationalisations and denials.

   You won't have the shakes as long as you keep drinking every day to   
   hold them at bay, but they'll catch up on you in the end unless you
