   If cannabis were legal there would be quite a few.   
      
   Note that not all cannabis users are "well-informed", just as not all alcohol   
   users are "well-informed", but that's that a reason to keep cannabis illegal   
   (or make alcohol illegal).   
      
   It is easier to get truthful information out in a legal climate than in a   
   prohibition climate.
