   But the assumption there is that all illegal pot is supplied by violent   
   criminal cartels.   
      
   The truth is it isn't. And if pot were legal it would be much easier to   
   ensure that much less of the money goes to violent criminal cartels.   
      
   And if pot were legal it would be easier to identify where it comes from.
