   Such is the logic of the WOUOSD.   
      
   But ladies and gentlemen and children of all ages, lack of sleep is   
   probably a bigger contribution to traffic accidents. Hell, texting and   
   eating and drinking (even non-alcoholic stuff) while driving probably   
   contribute more.
