   Clones count as individuals. I think seedlings. And nobody raises more   
   than one male, and segregated from the women, of course. A dozen is just   
   an idea, perhaps thirteen plants, one male and one female to be ripe   
   each month?   
      
   I don't know about how and when the plants are sexed so the details have   
   to be considered.
