   	It remains to be seen whether the drinkers of the USA can ever   
   learn to be moderate so the effects of drug legalization might be   
   problematic, but they will have go a long way to equal the effects   
   of drug criminalization.   
      
   	I expect that some people with moderate alcohol use will   
   switch to less damaging drugs and that some others will become   
   multiple   
   drug misusers but that is happening under the present regime, so I   
   think the increase in MDM will be minor especially with education   
   that   
   reports the problems in drug use and multiple drug use accurately.   
   Today the anti-drug programs use outright lies and mis-statements of   
   fact to attempt to convince people of the dangers which leads to   
   real ignorance of the dangers of addiction to some drugs and   
   confusion   
   about the effects.
