   Number of addicts has grown … no correlation between countries' drug   
   laws and their drug use … no rise in drug use when drug use is   
   decriminalized … that AGREES with "If you legalize the use of drugs,   
   then more people will use drugs"?!? You must be living in some sort of   
   Alice in Wonderland world.   
      
   So, the number of addicts have grown, so what?  The number of people who   
   drink alcohol is greater when it is legal, then when it is not legal.
