   	Yes but either should be legal in private. "Private" you know   
   is the place where you are supposed to be unobserved.   
      
   	Anal sex is legal in California and in a lot of other states and   
   places.  Most of it is heterosexual.   
      
   	I think the baby boomer merely is using the excuse he gave   
   to justify maintaining his economic interests.  Dealers worry about   
   what sort of income they would have with legalization.
