   Actually, it's prohibition that allows dangerous drug dealers to fund their   
   reign of terror. Remember alcohol prohibition, anyone?

   Yet marijuana-only use is not associated with an increase in cancer rates.   
   Marijuana apparently contains chemicals that have anti-cancer properties
