   	Well if it is bad for kids then it should be legalized and regulated   
   as with alcohol.  Kids still get alcohol one way or another but   
   in far lesser   
   numbers than if it was unregulated.  Right now cannabis is   
   available to   
   the majority of young people on short notice.
