   	Or a pre-boomer like myself who used to help my mom paste   
   stamps endlessly into books.  And before that it was ration books and   
   stamps from them.  If Obama wanted a good health care program he   
   could start by rationing food and fuel so that people would have no   
   choice but to eat less and walk more.   
      
   	Oh yes and we have so many Wars against this and that at this   
   time that tax rates of WW II at state and Federal levels could be   
   justified.   
      
   	I don't think the dollar will fall much below the Japanese Yen   
   though.
