Stoned driving is safer than driving with a couple of drinks. People
who only use cannabis have fewer accidents, as Mr. Zakel has mentioned
before. The problems come with drinking stoners who have even worse
   accident rates.

Got to disagree with the caffeine recommendation Mr.Zakel.
It masks lack of sleep long enough to let the driver get to boring
parts of the trip and then they drop off and provide stats for the CHP.
Remember that driving without lack of sleep is more dangerous than
   most drugs.
