It is legal. You are perfectly free to get as drunk and you like and drive
whereever you like on your property. However, go onto public roads and
present a clear and present danger to other people, and are going to have
something to say about it.
So once again we see that you fail to understand the difference between
infringing the rights of people and protecting the rights of people from the
misuse of rights by others.
