   	Well most illegal drugs are safer than alcohol, nicotine, and a   
   lot of other stuff that you can buy in your pharmacies.  They would   
   be safer if legal and sold in pre-measured doses or from verifiable   
   sources in the case of cannabis in herbal and other forms.
