Smart meters were thought of before Obama and good
(high THC) cannabis can be grown outdoors or in greenhouses.
The energy from indoor bulbs does not have to be totally
wasted as it can used for heating a home. In other words
you could replace your furnace with a small grow room.

There are other problems with smart meters and the
consumers in the testing area in Central California are suing
Pacific Gas and Electric presently about excessively high billings.

Incandescent bulbs have not been totally banned yet
and it may never happen as a few bulbs can heat an apartment
or small home. Light and heat... what a miracle. ;^)
As it warms up outside we can switch back to CFLs
