   	As usual you have that backwards.  The goofier Congress   
   acts the more people will be smoking cannabis.  Weed has the   
   power to sooth the troubled heart and looking at the way   
   the Congress behaves toward the needs of the people causes   
   lots of trouble in the heart.   
      
   	At least Limbaugh is only an entertainer but the Congress   
   is supposed to represent the states and the people but it seems   
   to represent the wealthy and care only for their concerns.
