   you would have no way of knowing. MJ does not affect reflex speed or   
   habitual functionality like responding to traffic. It does affect the   
   motivation, so stoners dont like to go anywhere. But if in route, they   
   will stay in line; however, a stoner might forget where he wanted to go,   
     and may well end up at home without even thinking about it.
