   Actually, MJ does affect reflex speed, but the user is aware of the detriment   
   and tends to slow down and be more careful to compensate.   
      
   This is the opposite effect of alcohol, which both affects reflex speed, but   
   also reduces inhibition and results in people thinking they are not affected   
   when they are, which is why alcohol use leads to increased accidents, but   
   marijuana use doesn't.
