   	I don't think anyone should drive under the influence of   
   drugs but some people, former friends, in fact have done so   
   with out particular problems.  Former friends because they have   
   died of things like aneurysms and uncontrollable diabetes.

   	Then you should check with the California Highway Patrol and   
   the Netherlands reports on the matter.   
      
   	Some of the effect is that people who drive while high are   
   extra careful to compensate for the effect.  Alcohol fuddled drivers   
   are too drunk to believe they are drunk and don't attempt to   
   compensate.
