   Which only stands to reason. People over consume when they don't know   
   when they will get their drug of choice again. And, of course, if it's   
   illegal for you to possess the stuff, then you finish the what you have   
   stat because you can't be arrested if you have none. Wash the liquor   
   bottle out and stick a candle in it or discard it and you're legal.
