   	But now is ruled by then, Anslinger got to work on the Single   
   Convention on Narcotics in the 1950s and is said to have rejoiced that   
   now his Marijuana law would be enshrined in Treaty Law for all time   
   to come.  In those days the USA was believed not to violate treaties   
   unless it was with a Native American tribe (then called American   
   Indians).  Since then certain presidents have totally ignored far   
   more vital international treaty laws.
