   	The cans of Four Loco(sic) (which loco is how   
   the name is pronounced) were 23 ounces of 12.5%   
   alcohol.  One young man drank his fast and passed   
   out.  The cans look like soft drinks or energy   
   drinks.  That is nearly 3 ounces of ethanol per   
   can which is a lot for a younger person or   
   even an old crock.   
   	The caffeine is going to be removed   
   but its presence made people think of an   
   energy drink and it was there in relatively   
   high concentrations.   
   	Drew Carey's old show started the   
   whole thing with caffeinated beer.  And   
   that was illegal and after popular success   
   the brewery was shut down.   
      
   	I suppose to make it worse they   
   they could have made a fluid extract of   
   locoweed and added that to the potion.   
   Most people wouldn't drink locoweed   
   cola or wine at least not very often.
