Based on their judgement over many long years
about alcohol and tobacco the Government should jus
butt out of their well-meaning but disasterous attempt
to control drugs and let societal evolution deal with
   the problems.

Not if you are using it medicinally. Besides
that aside from smoking it you could if it was legal
have it in various drinks such a bhang lassie which
is a cheap hemp leaf drink, or eat it in jam-like
preparations or baked goods. Right now only poor
people smoke it recreationally and people with enough
cash can spend various amounts of money on vaporizers.

A friend of mine says that the only
vaporizers he found useful have digital temperature
readouts and cost more than $500 USD.
