   - use another internet cafe :)   
   - use a free proxy in your browser setup Tools/Connection/Proxy, so   
   you'll cheat your ISP   
   - find a free proxy IP-number/port  at:   
   www.proxy4free.com   
   www.publicproxyservers.com   
      
   (search  - google.com -  for "proxy server", there're lots of public   
   proxy servers)   
      
   - use a free proxy website with a 'gate' like   
   www.surfz.nl 	- put aloha.nl in the "Lets Go!" box   
      
   - test to a known website, and when working, punch in aloha.nl   
   - oh, and subscribe to another ISP
