   Canadians are very law abiding, even the drug dealers. In the "Pirates   
   of Penzance" they have to be told what's funny when the pirates yield at   
   once when asked "in Queen Victoria's Name".   
      
   When one drug organization starts using guns, then all the rest must use   
   guns or get out of the business.
