   I looked at the full article, and the woman was the only person still in   
   prison.  The others had completed their sentences and had already been   
   released.  As far as the crack cocaine case, last year Congress voted to   
   sharply reduce the strict sentencing guidelines (from a 100/1 disparity   
   compared to powdered cocaine) regarding crack.
